Autor

Lisa A. Speck was raised in Lansing, Michigan and moved to Mio, Michigan in 2019. Her Speck ancestors lived in Oscoda County for multiple generations where she is happy to continue representing the family. Lisa started painting in 2017. Her artwork has become more than just a hobby, it is a passion. She loves painting landscapes of actual locations adding in fictional characters. Her favorite character is Jimmy The Dog, featured in several paintings and a children's book set in Northern Ireland.
