It will be elaborated based on personal experience, specifically on women's positioning, after beginning as a young woman in the global corporate sector and pursuing a career. In a nutshell, it will be shown how raising consciousness is the first step toward progress. In the pursuit of the truth the following is specifically directed at young women in this field to help them see their impact, which is greater than they may realize.
