Kenneth F. McCallion, a graduate of Yale University and Fordham Law School, is a lawyer and writer with more than 40 years of legal experience. He was a federal and state prosecutor in New York for many years, where he handled numerous organized crime and racketeering cases involving labor unions and the construction trades. He also served as an arbitrator on major construction arbitration cases involving Manhattan real estate development projects. Ken McCallion now practices law through his own law firm, McCallion & Associates LLP, which specializes in international human rights cases, environmental law, and construction law cases. He is the author of Shoreham and the Rise and Fall of the Nuclear Power Industry, and is an Adjunct Professor at Cardozo Law School in Manhattan. An avid sailor, he spends as much time as possible with his family and dog "Skipper" sailing the Eastern Seaboard and New England coast. He has not yet sailed to Nova Scotia
