So please, do not give up, or bow down to doubt and fear. Everyday, we must put on the Whole Armor of God; Ephesians 6:11. Most of us want to be loved, successful, prosperous, healthy, and charismatic, etc. However, when things don't go as planned, what is our recourse? Do we just give up? Do we hurt others because we are hurt? Do we remain hopeful and prayerful? These are just a few of the questions that we must ask ourselves. This journal is designed to be your recourse and navigation as you encourage yourself to a joyful place in the Lord. Upon completing your journey, by using this journal as a tool, it is my prayer that God will give you the following: Self-Empowerment, Self-Awareness, Freedom, Self-Direction, Personal and Spiritual Growth, and an overall Healthy balance of life.
