It does no good to deny that contradictions and mistakes exist or deny the immorality that exists in the Bible, because it does. It is better to adm that these issues exist . It is also better to correct any misunderstandings about the nature of the Bible ,and to offer a better way to read and understand it. In doing so, the author believes that the integrity of the Bible will be maintained. The author believes that some Christians view the Bible incorrectly and this gives credence to atheists and others in their attacks. A better way of viewing the Bible will cause many of these attacks to be discredited and establish firmly the integrity of the Bible and the faith it offers.
