The Bedouin community is a special society which in transition from tradition to modern society. Education is one of the important engines of change in human society. The Bedouin education system functions in a complex situation. This is a modern system that works in a traditional society, whose laws and customs are different and contrary to modern laws; some of the teachers working in these schools come from another Arab society, which has different culture and laws. The Bedouin also live in two types of settlements: one is a permanent settlement in which they live in modern homes with modern infrastructure such as water and electricity, another in which they live in temporary settlements that lacks a basic infrastructure. In this complex situation the leadership play crucial role in improving the quality of education in Bedouins schools.
