In the present study, an attempt was made to formulate mucoadhesive buccal patches of flurbiprofen (FBN) in order to enhance solubility. Solubity enhancement was attempted by making solid dispersion of drug with beta-CD (cyclodextrin). Initially preformulation were carried out using reported methods.
