As a Bodywork Therapist, Meighan Klippenstein has made a career out of helping people experience a profound understanding of the body-mind connection. Connection being at the heart of everything she does, writing poetry is the thread she weaves through her own experiences to make sense of the ebbs and flows of life. "Let It Be A Good Life" is her debut book. She lives on Vancouver Island.
