Having been described as the "emotional child," I often fought with my feelings. These words contain some of my grappling with my oversensitivity and empathy, discovering that there may be more strengths hidden within than I ever realized. These writings are snapshots in time, painting a picture of how I may have been feeling on any given day, glimpses into my reality.

Autor

Lauran Hirschi is from a small town in Southern Illinois, where she grew up in a large family. Surrounded by music, art, and a lot of different personalities at home, she started writing at a young age, in an attempt to process some of the very big emotions she felt. Over the years words have been a recurring source of healing and comfort. She hopes that some of hers can bring similar feelings to others as well.
