Nanoparticles are prepared by using Q-switching Nd:YAG laser (1064) nm of (Pt, Au, Ag, Cu) targets immersed in different solvent (distillwater DW, deionized water DI, distillwater with additive 0.15mM of poly(N-vinylpyrrolidone (C6H9NO)x (PVP)) with different laser power (100,300,500)mJ/pulse, 300 pulse, and the distance between laser and target is 15cm. Then prepared noble metals nanoparticles with electric field and with magnetic field in DW. The experimental parameters are the effect of the solvent, laser power (mJ/pulse), effect the electric and magnetic field on noble metals nanoparticles. The behavior of UV-VIS. Absorbance spectra associated with noble metals NPs (Pt, Au, Ag, Cu) were studied as a function of laser power shows when increased laser power increase peak intensity and shifts to smaller wavelength (blue shift).
