Kate Oosthuizen was inspired to write the rhyming tale of Little Bear for her niece Georgie. And when she's not dreaming up stories for children, Kate is an attorney in Durban. Little Bear is her first published children's book. David Oosthuizen Kate's father is a well-known, multi-talented artist and illustrator, from Hilton in the KZN midlands. He will paint anything that captures his imagination, from wildlife and people to landscapes.
