Autor

Daniel Tigner has spent more than fifty years exploring listening, awareness, and presence through meditation, consciousness work, and energy healing. His work is rooted in a lifelong journey of discovery, one that continues to deepen as he shares practices that invite others into presence and connection. He is the co-creator of Canadian Forest Tree Essences, a system of vibrational remedies derived from the living intelligence of trees, and has written or co-written several books, including The Art of Grant Tigner, The Time of Your Life: Everyone Has a Story, American Mystic: Memoirs of a Happy Man, Trees, Healing and You, and Canadian Forest Tree Essences-Healing through the Natural Resonance of Trees.
