Gustavo Arruda Ramalho Lira is an Offshore Installation Manager at PETROBRAS and a Professor at Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte. He holds a master degree in urban engineering. His research interests focus on oil and well engineering, offshore production operations, and management in the E&P industry. Guilherme Fortes O. F. Lima is a Naval Architect and has already acted as an Offshore Installation Manager at  PETROBRAS and holds a master degree in ocean engineering. His research interests include naval structures, offshore engineering, and FPSO operations.
