The apostle Paul exhorted believers to test themselves to see whether they are in the faith, and this book is designed to help Bible-believing Christians do just that. It is not written to pastors or professional theologians but to everyday believers, most of whom have accepted the teachings of their church over or alongside the teachings of the Bible. Every Christian will need to stand before the judgment seat of Christ to give an account of their stewardship of the gospel.
