Since a business firm which focused on economic profit concentrates on the net cash return on the invested capital, the projection of cash flow depends on a risk, inflation, sensitivity- adjusted performance rate, the rate at which the current economic profit growth from the previous. So that, the projected outgoing cash flow would be set with in the capacity and cash limit of the firm.
