Autor

Amanda Felts grew up in a small town in Northern Michigan. She discovered her love of reading and writing poetry in elementary school. She credits her parents and her third grade teacher, Miss Cleland, for encouraging her to explore her talent in rhyming. Amanda's greatest joy in life is being a mother to her two beautiful children. She hopes her poems will help others to see the humor in everyday life, and inspire children everywhere to explore their creative passions. About the Illustrator Amanda Garner is a talented artist who has loved to draw since childhood. She grew up in Northern Michigan, where she and the author attended the same school and were close friends. Amanda's additional creative outlets include painting, sewing, and other crafts. A lover of plants and animals, she has 3 cats and over 100 house plants. Amanda's other passion is watching hockey with her family, and her dream is to one day open a beautiful plant and book shop for all to enjoy.
