Carmichael Finn, MA, LMFT, LADC, ADCR-MN, is an experienced therapist, educator, and behavioral health leader dedicated to advancing ethical, trauma-informed care in substance use disorder treatment. As the Executive Director of Recovering Hope Treatment Center in Minnesota, Carmichael oversees residential and outpatient programs serving women and families, and he is a tireless advocate for dignity, justice, and access within the behavioral health system.Carmichael is also the founder of Carmichael Finn LLC, through which he trains and consults on clinical supervision, ethics, moral injury, and systemic accountability in mental health and addiction services. He holds dual licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and he teaches at colleges, mentoring the next generation of helping professionals.Drawing on years of direct practice, leadership experience, and lived insight, Carmichael creates tools like this workbook to bring depth, structure, and heart into the recovery process.
