I love this book! After months I finally had the courage to break off the thing my exboyfriend and I had, and I feel awful but this book helps. It doesn't make the pain go away but 'it' understands you. When I was reading it, I laughed, I cried and I became more self-confident. This book is totally honest and it helped me open my eyes and finally start to get over him. This book is just what I needed. Give it a try ;)
