ROGER KEIL is a professor in the Faculty of Environmental Studies and director of the City Institute at York University. RIANNE MAHON is professor and director of the Institute of Political Economy and a member of the School of Public Policy and Administration and the Department of Sociology and Anthropology at Carleton University.
The objective of ICOD 2010 was to provide a forum for researchers, educators, engineers, and government officials involved in the general areas of Optimization Design and Technology to disseminate their latest research results and exchange views on the future research directions of these fields. ICOD received 369 submissions. Ninety-nine papers were accepted and published in this proceedings.
