Cheri is a military wife and mum of two, who spent years reading stories to her children. Having spent some time writing quips and ramblings in birthday cards, she decided to use her acquired rhyming vocabulary to write her own children's book. She found it enjoyable to write material that would engage both children and parents. Liz Akerele is an artist who likes the ramblings and writing quips of Cheri so much she adds pictures to them. She lives in Cardiff, Wales with her Pomsky and creates artworks and prints under the name AbstractAkerele.
