The contributions are written by national experts distinguished in the field of civil procedural law. Contributions are written in either English, French or German, and are followed by summaries in both remaining languages. In addition, extensive bibliographies will enable the reader to find material for further study.
Seizure and Overindebtedness in the European Union is the first book in a new series entitled Civil Procedure in Europe, edited by Professor M. Storme of the University of Ghent and Professor P. Meijknecht and Mr. C.H. van Rhee of the University of Utrecht (Molengraaff Institute for European Private Law).
