Before launching a freelancing career as an editor and writer, Alex Bennett spent over a decade in the corporate legal world, first as a corporate paralegal at a major Silicon Valley law firm and later as an in-house attorney at a San Francisco-based renewable energy company. As president of Close Focus Editorial, he writes and edits for a broad range of clients in the legal community and beyond.
