Anita Okanigbe-John is a change catalyst and a formidable force to be reckoned with in her generation. She is a sought-after performance coach, an author, seasoned speaker and HR Consultant. She is the founder of AOJ Academy, The Tsori Foundation and Apex-Laurel. She is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) United Kingdom and a certified member of the UK Coaching Academy. She holds a master's degree in Human Resource Management and Business from Aston Business School, one of the top business schools in the United Kingdom. As a consultant and performance coach, Anita has empowered many individuals to become 7 star performers in different dimensions of their lives. She has also helped aspiring entrepreneurs to transition from their 9-5 job to become business owners. In addition, she has assisted organisations to build systems and sustainable structure geared towards increasing growth, enhancing productivity, and improving business performance. Anita was once homeless, a school dropout and a victim of child sexual abuse. As a result, she suffered acute depression and emotional trauma for many years.
