gain competitive advantage in the global dynamic and
complex business environment.
There are many foreign invested companies as
Taiwanese, Koreans, Japanese, and Singaporean as well
as Vietnamese companies which are doing business in
Vietnam. Sharing knowledge should be considered as
one core competency of knowledge management in the
companies, which is evaluated as an important key to
success. It is important that knowledge sharing be
integrated into a business strategy to reach goals
such as competitiveness, effectiveness and performance.
The empirical results suggest that investigation of
the relationship among interpersonal trust,
organizational support, and communication climate,
knowledge sharing and individual performance are
significant validated.
Finally, the results reveal that the demographic
characteristics influences on the five research
constructs in the difference type of companies in
Vietnam.
