David G. Hill was a journalist, and then a marketing/fund-raising professional for 40 years. He edited ten industry magazines from fields as wide-ranging as finance, health care, higher education, social services, and the pageantry arts. His writing has been published in U.S. News & World Report, Sports Illustrated, and The Journal of Philanthropy of Higher Education.
