The idea for This Too Shall Pass came when the Covid 19 coronavirus was just becoming a pervasive part of our lives. I was lucky enough to be able to work at home but was listening to really scary TV reports morning till night every day. To keep the paralyzing fear from overwhelming me, I turned the TV to anything but the news and when I was really low, I started repeating old affirmations that had helped me in the past. Soon, I added some new ones and to incorporate them into my daily routine, I started reciting them while washing my hands. This made the 20 seconds go much faster than singing...

The words lifted me up and I felt like I was doing something to improve my situation in this horrible time of a politically charged pandemic year. Amazingly, my situation did begin to change. Soon, my financial situation and my attitude improved. I started to be creative in my business, I was hopeful and productive, and I knew I was going to survive this dark time.
