She is also the mother of my great great great grandmother Josephte Grant. And so from this my Proud Metis line begins. I am hoping my own incredible journey that has an amazing pit stop at the famous Jamestown Colony to plant a seed, will inspire so many more to dig deeper into their own family histories and really embrace and celebrate where we come from.
