An avid sailor and U.S. Coast Guard licensed captain, she and her husband, Ty, have sailed their 46-foot sloop Liberty across the Atlantic Ocean and throughout the Mediterranean. Her other books include Conquer Your Cravings, It's Your Boat Too (A Woman's Guide to Greater Enjoyment on the Water), and the memoir Living a Dream.
