Lucy Campbell lives a normal suburban with her husband George, and three sons. She is intrigued by the homeless, and does volunteer work with a local shelter. While doing so, she encounters issues with the homeless and crimes, discovering that there is murder taking place, some of which ends up to be the act of a lone female serial killer. She then works with both the local authorities as well as homeless individuals themselves to solve who is behind these murders and why they are happening.
