Shea Albert loves food. She has cooked and dined through several careerincarnations. First she was a ballet teacher, then a journalist, then an editor.She served for fifteen years as chief marketing officer for the first computersoftware company to go public in South Africa. She then worked as anindependent brand and internet strategy consultant in South Africa andinternationally. For nine years she was the director of the South AfricanJewish Museum, where she also happily consulted on menus for exhibitionopenings and other auspicious occasions. She lives in Cape Town.
