Through hard work, determination, and wherewithal, Barbie is living the life she designed and created for herself in her Inspiration Blueprint! After training for five years to learn the art of welding and fabrication and earning her Journeyman in sheet metal and iron plate, Barbie quit her job September 1, 2014 to pursue her greatest passion, metal sculpture. Although Barbie had extensive training from fellow welders and fabricators at the company she worked for, her art is completely self-taught. With her unparalleled sculpture design and artistry Barbie has quickly become a world-renowned metal sculptor and has created sculptures for exclusive clients in thirteen different countries. Not only does Barbie love to create she also loves teaching. Her YouTube channel, BarbieTheWelder, which is viewed by subscribers in 53 countries, is a wealth of information for artists and entrepreneurs alike. In Barbie's easy-going style she shares step by step videos on how to create a wide variety of metal sculptures and sound entrepreneur advice. In her first book Horseshoe Crafts, Barbie takes you through thirty horseshoe welding projects with easy to follow instructions and tons of pictures. Barbie's latest passion project has been live streaming her sculpture design, problem solving, and creation process on Twitch, a livestreaming platform that has been mainly for gamers, and on YouTube, revolutionizing the art and metal sculpture worlds.
