Autorenporträt
Major Bick worked as a Civil Engineer at aviation sites in the UK until his death in an aviation accident in 1948. The book has a foreword by Brian Reid, a Canadian military historian of the Department of History and Heritage (Defense Department) in Ottawa. Peter Hardie Bick is the son of Major Arthur Hardie Bick and lives in Rottingdean in East Sussex.
