Dr. Catwell, a Justice of the Peace, is a graduate of the Haggai Institute for Advanced Leadership Training, Singapore; Codrington College, Barbados; Atlantic Coast Theological Seminary, U.S.A., and Middlesex University, U.K. His previous publications include The Brethren in Barbados__Gospel Hall Assemblies 1889__1994, and a number of articles in the fields of religion and the environment.
