This is a sampler of my earlier works most of which were written before I turned 20. Some were later, but a good major was by then. It is not complete and some of it I am no longer sure what book it belongs to. I had one book copyrighted but not published there is a question of which one. These poems represent where I have come from until I wrote my last book. It shows how I have grown as a writer and how my poems have evolved. In the beginning I would watch people and write more about them and evolved to include my personal feelings into them. I still to this day, try to write them that anyone can pick it up and claim it as theirs. This way it can go beyond race, age, sexuality, and any other physical labels. The poems are more about the emotions than anything else. I will say that there are some poems about sex and sexuality and there is one poem that will take your breath away due to the brutality of it. I hope you enjoy this book as much as my last book: My Collection, Our Journey.
