Being discovered with a creature that didn't exist an hour ago is the least of Brian's problems. His family is in danger, the secret anti-magic organization they belong to is more focused on saving the world than helping, and Merlin's Compass, which Brian is sworn to protect, is being hunted by a rich and desperate man. With 48-hours to save his family without sacrificing the Compass, Brian needs Alexis's help for more than a band-aid.
