Dr Manpreet Arora is a Senior Assistant Professor of Management in the School of Commerce and Management Studies, Central University of Himachal Pradesh Dharamshala, India. Dr Anukrati Sharma is the Head and Associate Professor of the Department of Commerce and Management at the University of Kota (A State Govt. University) in Kota, Rajasthan, India. Dr Che-Jen Su is a Distinguished Research Professor in the Department of Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management at Fu Jen Catholic University, Taipei, Taiwan.
