Yessenova Gulmira Zheksenovna was born 9 August 1977 y. In 1999 year she graduated at State Financial Institute. Over 15 years she works at the system of higher education of Kazakhstan. Has a science degree. She is the author of more than 40 scientific papers (monographs, textbooks, articles and reports).
