"I Facebook, therefore I am" has become to a larger extent the contemporary Cartesian cogito that characterizes the world today. This paper draws attention to the fact that social networking can be a good means to support EFL secondary education in Morocco. It purports to show that educational networking (to relate social networking to the educational realm) plays a crucial role in enhancing teachers' and students' sense of community. Based on a fieldwork, this research paper will hopefully contribute to the understanding of how social media in general and social networks in particular can improve the educational system in Morocco.
