Pól ó, Conghaile Pól Ó Conghaile is an award-winning travel writer and journalist. He contributes to National Geographic Traveller, The Irish Independent, Cara Magazine and the Irish Examiner amongst other publications. Pól features regularly on national radio and TV in Ireland, and has three times been voted Irish Travel Journalist of the Year. He is also a renowned restaurant reviewer, and enjoys bringing the delights of local dishes to his travel writing.
