He earned his M.B.B.S. degree from North Bengal Medical College and Hospital in 2019 and thereafter pursued an M.D. in Pharmacology at Silchar Medical College and Hospital, Assam.Dr. Das has authored several original research articles published in prestigious international journals indexed in PubMed, Scopus, and, Embase and is a co-investigator in several ongoing research projects. His proficiency includes pharmaceutical utilisation research, prescription evaluation, medical prescription audit, systematic review and meta-analysis.He has received the International Best Researcher of the Year Award, awarded by the Honourable Education Minister of Tamil Nadu, at the International Science, Technology, and Research Awards, 2024, as well as the International Outstanding Researcher Award at the International Science and Technology Awards Congress, 2025.
