Portrait

Ram Krishna is an accomplished materials scientist and Assistant Professor in the Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Jamshedpur. With a PhD in mechanics of materials from the University of Leicester, UK, his research focuses on high-temperature alloys, additive manufacturing, and sustainable materials for energy applications. His extensive experience includes collaborations with industry leaders such as Alstom and E-ON on projects related to material performance in energy sectors. Dr. Krishna has led numerous research initiatives in materials processing and 3D printing areas, and he actively supervises doctoral candidates working on advanced materials, particularly for energy and high-temperature applications. He has been involved in various international research projects and editorial roles for journals and conferences.

Ashok Kumar is a Professor in the Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering at NIT Jamshedpur, India. His expertise spans high-temperature deformation, fatigue fracture, failure analysis, and welding of dissimilar materials. With a PhD in metallurgical and materials engineering from IIT Kharagpur, Prof. Kumar has contributed significantly to the field through teaching, research, and conference organization. Prof. Kumar's research interests include the physical metallurgy and mechanical behaviour of materials, particularly in areas such as creep deformation and structure-property correlations.

Edwin Geo Varuvel is a Professor at Istinye University in Istanbul, Turkey, specializing in alternate energy research, including biofuels, hybrid vehicles, and fuel cells. With over 18 years in academia and 12 years of research experience, Dr. Geo's work focuses on emissions reduction, energy modeling, and renewable fuel technologies. He has collaborated internationally, including with institutions in France and Canada, and has successfully led several funded research projects in biofuels and sustainable energy systems. His editorial contributions to international journals and experience in computational modeling for energy applications underscore his contributions to sustainable technologies. Dr. Geo’s recent research includes machine learning applications for energy optimization and emissions reduction.
