He is CEO and president of Icarus Consulting, a firm specializing in helping leaders create and sustain diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplaces. He earned a doctorate in public administration from the University of Alabama and has more than twenty years of experience leading diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies for large global organizations.
