The purpose of the study was to find out the isolated effect of plyometric and complex training on selected physical fitness, psychomotor and body composition variables of school boys. To achieve the purpose of the present study, forty five school boys were selected as subjects at random and their ages ranged from 15 to 17 years. The subjects were divided into three equal groups of fifteen each.
