The things her eyes have seen and the situations she found herself in have devastated her and took her innocence away with no compass to find its way back. She had to find a way to become whole, alone. She had endured numerous types of physical, mental and sexual abuse but was able to over come it all. She was able to heal herself with the help of yoga and other healing modalities through her constant pursuit and dedication to finding the truth from within. Jenifer wanted to tell her story just to show others how empowering it can be that when you are able to face the past, you not only heal yourself but you can truly change your life, find your purpose and live life to its absolute fullest. A journey that has been far from easy, Jenifer is living proof that no matter how much trauma you have been through there is light at the end of the tunnel, as long as you are willing to do the work.
