He is the Government Liaison at the Alliance for Peacebuilding, where he also serves on the board of directors, and plays a leading role in shaping the field's future by connecting policymakers, educators, and communities with innovative peacebuilding programs.The author of more than a dozen books on conflict, politics, and peace, Hauss is known for bringing clarity and optimism to some of the world's most complex challenges. His last book, Security 2.0: Dealing With Global Wicked Problems, argues that today's intertwined crises-from climate change to political polarization-cannot be solved in isolation but demand a paradigm shift in how societies govern themselves.
