He has dedicated his professional career to the positive progression of initiatives for at-risk youth and to mental health development in the community.Dr. Walker has significant expertise working with hundreds of children, adolescents, and their families in various environments. In the process, he learned that the best results come from the best relationships. Utilizing his doctorate in Organizational Management and Consulting, Dr. Walker also works as a business consultant specializing in nonprofit development and sustainability. His expertise includes start-up companies, leadership development, business strategies, evaluating best business practices, specific to niche marketing, succession planning, and consulting on specific business concerns. Dr. Walker gained his business acumen serving in numerous leadership and management capacities throughout various organizations. As co-founder of TSW Solutions, he has provided consulting and coaching services for numerous nonprofit and for-profit organizations. Tremaine Walker holds a Doctorate in Psychology with an emphasis in Organizational Management and Consulting and a Master's in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.
