Nowadays, I feel like I'm disconnected with everything around me. It seems impossible for us not to think about the past or what will happen in the future. We tend to judge everything around us, without giving other a chance to be heard, or ourselves to listen or see from another perspective. Through their experiences in performing and poetry, Kae Tempest show us how we can actually connect with each other and to have the empathy towards others. I recommend this book to everyone:)
