Need to create legal awareness on visually disabled in Hubballi-Dharwad Area

This book vividly portraits the unequal treatment faced by persons with disabilities. In most countries and ages, the visually disabled have been considered with few outstanding exceptions, as objects of charity, of pity, of contempt, even of cruelty. They are subjected to this unequal treatment forgetting that they are also entitled to all rights and safeguards bestowed in the Constitution of India.
