This work represents the synthesis of some novel 4 (3H)Quinazolinone analogues and their pharmacological activities. The structural modifications on Quinazolinone nucleus showed a wide range of biological activities like antioxidant, H1antihistaminic activity, anti-inflammatory and anti-tumour agents such as ethyldiamino imidazolines and ethyl diamino quinoline group is built into position 3 of the quinazolinone nucleus.

Autor

Prof. Venkata Ramana Reddy working as HOD in GNITC-School of Pharmacy, Hyd. He is having teaching experience of 20 years. He has published 12 papers in national & international journals. He also published one book on Unit Operations. He received a grant of 1 lakh from DST for organizing an international conference and also a recipient of UGC-MRP.
