He was always making her do things for financial gain, for his financial gain, just like he was now. She looked at the man beside her and decided enough was enough. He knew marrying her was probably the best shot he'd get at family life. Anthea was marrying Cole for his money. He knew that, she'd made no secret of the fact that she was only with him for his money, and while it wasn't ideal, Cole resolved himself to the fact that this was how it was meant to be. Then he met Bailey Warner, and that was when things changed. The meeting with a potential business partner and his girlfriend had left Cole re-assessing his life choices. Maybe there was more for him than what Anthea was prepared to give. Cole felt an attraction to Bailey, right from the minute he shook her hand and she smiled at him, from that moment he was gone.
